FRONT: ONE dead Redwood (approx.ht.12m) FELL. Reason: all foliage brown, not from winter bronzing as the tree died during the summer 2025 due to the prolonged hot dry spring and summer, close to front of property, health & safety. Duty to replace applies.Informative A: the landowner has a duty to plant another tree of an appropriate size and species when a tree is removed in a conservation area because it is dead or presents an immediate risk of serious harm.
