The Council hereby GRANTS the following AMENDED proposal to crown reduce to ht.12m to previous prune points as marked image agreed in agents email 16 Jan 2026 (not pollard to ht.9m):FRONT: THREE Lime trees (T1,T2,T3)(ht.15m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 3m from 15m to ht.12m, to previous prune points as agreed marked image in agents email 16 January 2026.Reason: light access, general maintenance.Informative A: thank you for clarifying reduction dimensions in marked image to re-pollard to previous prune points to ensure the trees retain tree health and tree aesthetics, for public realm streetscape amenity, wildlife, flood mitigation, reduction in air pollution and shade to reduce increasingly high summer temperatures due to climate change. Informative B: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
