An application submitted under Section 96a of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a non-material amendment in connection with the planning permission (DC/25/138944) dated 16 May 2025, for the variation of Condition (2) Approved Plans in order to allow:- amendment to the external façade of the former Homebase, 10 Beckenham Hill Road SE6 (amended description). The proposed changes are summarised as follows:? North (front) façades to the main building and café altered slightly to reflect the existing steel locations; ? Piers/columns previously shown as metal clad are now brick as existing; ? The extent of the darker cladding above the main entrance has been reduced slightly; ?
