REAR: ONE Oak (T1)(ht.10m) CROWN REDUCE SPREAD by 2m from 8m to 6m, CROWN LIFT by removal of 4 lower branches (not 6 branches) as agreed in agents email 12.8.25. Reason: to raise the canopy.Informative A: the agreement to amend the works to remove 4 lowest branches (not 6 low branches) is greatly appreciated to reduce likelihood of decay in the main stem which would affect structural integrity, and to benefit the long-term health of the tree, rear amenity, wildlife, the environment and climate change mitigation, ref BS 3998 Tree works ? recommendations, section 7 Pruning. Informative B: to thank for retaining a multi-treed rear garden for amenity, wildlife and shade to reduce high temperatures in increasingly hot summers due to the changing climate. Informative C: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
