Reason: health & safety, tree in raised planter adjacent Friendly Street, during crown reduction and ivy removal (ref DC/25/139679) two cavities and large established root rot Ganoderma brackets up to 40cm across discovered at the base of the tree, instability and movement in the upper tree. Replacement tree planting proposed in the raised planter.
