FRONT: ONE Sycamore (T1)(ht.14m) LATERAL REDUCE by 7m from 7m to 0m on W compass point. Reason: remove one branch. A 5m retaining wall within 2m, that borders the Ashmead School, has structural damage, as a large wall buttress has moved away from the wall. An inspection was carried out by a builder followed by a report prepared by a surveyor - the retaining wall assessment April 2025 ? with recommendation to remove the lowest western lateral branch touching the wall.
