Reason: due to the position of this front garden tree overhanging the pavement, volume of deadwood and the dangerous shedding of the limbs, on the grounds of the safety of the public, to be felled Monday 19th May 2025 in the afternoon and replant with a Japanese Snowbell (Styrax japonicus) under Duty to replace.
