REAR: TWO Sycamores (T1 & T2)(ht.20m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 4m from 20m to 16m. REDUCE RADIUS by 3m from 10m to 7m. CROWN THIN by 25%. Reason: to reduce all laterals and verticals, back to appropriate growth points, as part of regular maintenance.The Council raises no objection to the following AMENDED tree works to crown reduce sycamores T1,T2 (not fell) as agreed in agents email 21 June 2025:Informative A: the amendment to crown reduce not fell is hugely appreciated to retain tree amenity while addressing light issue and for the benefits which the trees provide for wildlife habitat, cooling high temperatures, improving air quality and reducing flood risk in the changing climate. Informative B: please use arisings to create habitat log piles for wildlife and biodiversity.
