Description

An application submitted under Section 96a of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a non-material amendment in connection with the planning permission (DC/18/106467) dated 28 March 2019, in order to allow:- internal alterations to be approved to improve the means of escape by relocating the secondary escape staircase away from the main stair core;secondary windows to the corresponding bedrooms across the corridor have been removed and replaced by bricked up 'window tax' windows; replacement of the stone header details with a stacked brick bonding, changing the stone banding to soldier course brickwork;changing the top parapet material from stone to aluminium capping.
