REAR: ONE Poplar (T1,T10 in TPO)(ht.24m) RE-POLLARD HEIGHT by 7m from 24m to 17m, REDUCE RADIUS by 7m from 12m to 5m on all compass points. Reason: Pollard to just below the previous pruning point (pollard head), part of a 3 to 5 year cyclical pollard programme of works as mature and very close to neighbours building, remove dead low scaffold limb, there is evidence of the tree losing bark on one side of the trunk.
