The Council GRANTS the following AMENDED tree works to CROWN REDUCE the Horse Chestnut TPO T1 (not fell) as agreed in agents email 2.9.25, following the surveyors Revisit Report 30.5.25, received 17.6.25 and Level Monitoring Report 10.1.25, received 24.6.25:FRONT (beside drive): ONE Horse Chestnut (T5/T1 in TPO)(ht.13-14m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by approx.3-4m to ht.10-11m, LATERAL REDUCE RADIUS by 1.5-2m mainly on W,SW,S compass to r.2m all round. Reason: triple-stemmed, proximity to no.48 Lawrie Park Rd, canopy restricted by adjacent sycamore on NE compass, general maintenance.The London Borough of Lewisham (The Firs 44-46 Lawrie Park Gardens, London, SE26) Tree Preservation Order 2005.Informative A: the amended tree works to crown reduce instead of felling is greatly appreciated to retain amenity, wildlife habitat and environmental benefits.Informative B: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
