REAR: ONE Sycamore (T1:)(ht.approx.10m) FELL. Reason: tree lean is increasing southwards over neighbours garden, two decay cavities at the base of trunk significantly compromise the tree's integrity, only one strip of holding wood, fell to prevent future damage in the case of the tree falling. There is currently no plan to replace the tree in the same positions as it is in a problematic location close to rear shed, however, there are other planting plans for the rear garden.Informative A: a replacement tree in the rear garden is encouraged such as Amelanchier, Magnolia Kobus, crab apple, quince (Cydonia oblonga), Robinia, pear.Informative B: please create habitat log piles and dead hedge with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
