The Council GRANTS the following CLARIFIED REDUCTION DIMENSIONS to repeat crown reduce the Lombardy Poplar to previous reduction points in 2018 ref DC/18/107603, as detailed in tree officer email 6 January 2025 at 16:39 to applicant with previous prune points marked red on applicant's image, not the lower purple line: REAR: ONE Lombardy poplar (T1 in TPO)(ht.18-20m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by approx.4m to approx.ht.14-16m, to previous reduction points, REDUCE RADIUS by 0.5m-1m from 5m to 4-4.5m to previous reduction points on all compass points. Reason: repeat of previous reduction in 2018, ref DC/18/107603, to manage the tree within the garden setting, clearance from adjacent property 268 Dacre Park and overhanging branches to shared pathway.The London Borough of Lewisham (24 Lee Terrace London SE3 9TZ) Tree Preservation Order 2019.
