Description

The Council raises no objection to the following AMENDED tree works to crown reduce T1,T2,T3 to previous points (not new low pollard) as agreed in agents email 14.11.24: FRONT: THREE Lime (TPO T1-T3)(approx.ht.15m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 2.5m from 15m to 12.5m to previous reduction points, REDUCE LATERAL SPREAD by 2.5m from 6.5m to 4m to previous points, remove basal stem epicormic growth. Reason: general repeat management.The London Borough of Lewisham (46 Belmont Park London SE13 5BN) Tree Preservation Order 2014.Informative A: the amended management of the 3 frontage TPO trees to repeat reduction to previous prune points, not new low pollard, is greatly appreciated for streetscape amenity and tree health. Informative B: please create wood piles on site with arisings for wildlife habitat and biodiversity.
