ONE Lime (T1/T1 TPO)(ht:9.5m, rs:4m): FELL to ground level and remove stump, replant with a semi mature Lime tree to the left of the bay window; Reason: Tree is in contact with the inner surface of the front boundary wall and causing significant bulging and cracking of the brickwork, there is dense epicormic growth to the lower part of the tree which is now penetrating through the wall within the bulging section.The London Borough of Lewisham 12 Eliot Park London SE13 7EG Tree Preservation Order 2011. Made 12th January 2011, made pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. This order was confirmed without modification on 5th July 2011.
