Reason: to combat subsidence damage to site.Informative A: removal of sycamore T3 is unfortunate when only ash roots were identified and the engineer report recommended the removal of only ash T1 (rear no.113, ref DC/23/132144), the soil in TP/BH1 is not desiccated and at 15m from the property sycamore T3 is only just within the 16.5m zone of influence for sycamore; Informative B: replacement trees are encouraged to maintain rear amenity, wildlife habitat and environmental benefits, suggested species from the NHBC low water demand list: birch, holly, honey locust, elder, hazel, magnolia, mulberry; Informative C: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity.
