The Council raises no objection to the following AMENDED tree works to retain birch T2 with crown reduction (not fell) as agreed in applicants email 4.9.24 and agents email 8.9.24:REAR: ONE Willow (T1)(ht.10m) FELL. Reason: for insurance purposes as close to the building, wide spreading canopy in small rear garden, a replacement small species tree to be planted.REAR: ONE Silver Birch (T2)(ht.8m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 1-2m to ht.6-7m. Reason: for insurance purposes as close to the building.Informative A: amended works to retain birch T2 and plant a replacement for T1 is hugely appreciated for amenity, wildlife and environmental benefits.Informative B: grateful thanks for planting a replacement tree for the willow T1, small species tree suggestions: winter flowering cherry (Prunus autumnalis), Guelder rose, hazel, Quince (Cydonia oblonga), Magnolia liliiflora, Magnolia x loebneri, Chinese dogwood (Cornus Kousa).
