FRONT (Lee Terrace): TWO dead Poplar pollards (ht.12m) FELL and replace, duty to replace with 2 trees applies. Informative A: the proposed replacement tree planting under duty to replace is greatly appreciated for treed site boundary, Lee Terrace streetscape amenity and maintaining the landscape character of this part of the Blackheath conservation area. Tree decline in recent years has reduced the line of 6/7 feature pollard poplars along site frontage with Lee Terrace. These are the last 2 remaining original trees.
