REAR: ONE Windmill Palm (T1)(ht.8m) FELL. Reason: The tree is not a good specimen that has been swamped with ivy that cannot be removed due to the fissures in the bark. It is extremely weight loaded so removal will mitigate any hazard. A native tree will be planted as a replacement.Informatives: the replacement tree is greatly appreciated to support the treed character of Forest Hill and location within the former Great North Wood, species such as wild cherry, field maple, sessile oak, wild service tree (Sorbus torminalis), whitebeam, crab apple, small leaved lime.
