Description

FRONT: ONE Ash (T1, T12 in TPO) FELL and replace. Reason: removal to remedy the differential foundation movement at no.26; close to the building T1 is considered to be the main cause of structural issues at the property. The Ash T1 has mid-stem damage, with evidence of an internal decay and future fracture risk, proposed replacement for T1 either a hawthorn, Gleditsia or holly, retention of adjacent group TG1 is detailed in amended tree report submitted 2 Sept 2024.
