The Council raises no objection to the following AMENDED tree works to omit works to Lombardy Poplar T7 and amend height reduction to Lombardy Poplar T8 as detailed in agents email 10.7.24:FRONT (by river): ONE False Acacia (T1)(ht.15m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 4.5m to ht.10.5m, REDUCE RADIUS by 3.5m from 11.5m to 8m on all compass points. Reason: remove large, dead sections of tree, routine maintenance to improve overall health.FRONT (by river): ONE Dead Sycamore (T2)(ht.10m) FELL. Reason: the tree is dead. Duty to replace applies, see informative below.SIDE: ONE Bay Tree (T3)(ht.5m) FELL. Reason: The tree is in a poor location, very close to fence between a Lime and an Oak. Removal of T3 will allow the Oak to prosper. REAR: ONE Bay Tree (T5)(ht.6m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 1.8m to ht.4.2m, REDUCE RADIUS by 1.2m from 4m to 2.8m on all compass points. Reason: routine maintenance.REAR: ONE Yew (T6)(ht.6.5m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 1.5m to ht.5m, REDUCE RADIUS by 1.5m from 6.5m to 5m. Suggested species to replace the dead sycamore T2 to maintain green infrastructure: wild cherry, field maple, alder, small leaved lime, whitebeam, wild service tree, sessile oak. Informative C: if possible please leave safe standing dead stems and create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity. Informative D: the front garden planting for wildlife and pollinators is greatly appreciated and rear garden planting to enhance wildlife habitats further is encouraged to support river and rail liner green infrastructure.
