REAR: ONE Maple/Sycamore (T1)(ht.16m,r.6-8m): CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 2-3m from approx.ht.16m to ht.13-14m, RADIUS REDUCE on N, S, W compass by approx.3m to approx.r.4-5m and on E compass by approx.1m to approx.r.4-5m, CROWN LIFT to approx.5m above ground level, to appropriate growth points. Reason: to address over-extended branches and shade issue to rear garden of no.88, reduction works to appropriate growth points to minimise pruning wounds for tree health, aesthetics and amenity.The Council raises no objection to the following AMENDED works to crown reduce and crown lift Maple/sycamore T1 as agreed in applicants email 2.7.24, following Tree Officer site visit 30.6.24 and email 1.7.24:Informative A: the agreed amended works are greatly appreciated for tree health, aesthetics and urban greening amenity.Informative B: creating habitat log piles with arisings is encouraged for wildlife and biodiversity.
