Replanting proposal: The customer has plans to replace with shrubs and has already planted a pyracantha. In addition they have planted a cherry tree and a laburnum in the last 10years plus 2 apple trees and a plum tree. Informative A: Duty to replace applies, please select from: holly, hawthorn, guelder rose, dogwood, yew, wild privet, oleaster (Elaeagnus x ebbingei) planted as small nursery stock near the original hawthorn to maintain the front hedge to the access drive. Informative B: the voluntary additional planting undertaken in the garden in recent years is greatly appreciated to maintain a treed and urban green setting to the property and contribute to the treed and vegetated landscape character of this part of the conservation area.
