Reason: to open access to rear of garden, rear outbuilding proposed DC/24/135714, to replace with 3 new multi-stemmed Silver Birch 2.5-3m high along the right hand (east) boundary next to current position.FRONT: ONE Bay Willow (T6)(ht:7m, rs:c.4m): CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 3m to ht.4m, REDUCE RADIUS by 1.5m to r.2.5m, remove basal epicormics. Reason: is touching the house, to reshape with a round crown.Informative A: the proposed replacement tree planting in the rear garden is greatly appreciated to maintain rear amenity and urban greening.
