REAR GARDEN: ONE Poplar tree (T1) CROWN REDUCTION HEIGHT by 4m from 20m to 16m. Reasons: Reduction to shape canopy, pruning to suitable points and maintaining natural aesthetic. There is a large cavity in the base of the tree. It is not felt that removal is necessary but pruning will mitigate the risk of failure under stress. The tree will tolerate the pruning as outlined above, work will be carried out to BS3998 standards.
