Reason: multi-stemmed, growing in close proximity to boundary wall and causing damage from incremental growth, removal required to facilitate repairs.Informative A: a replacement tree for the sycamore is welcome to maintain streetscape amenity and the treed character of this part of the Sydenham Park conservation area, species such as crab apple, bird cherry, winter flowering cherry, Magnolia stellata, Magnolia liliiflora 'Nigra', Medlar, quince (Cydonia oblonga), hazel, Laburnum, Fig.Informative B: please stack arisings from the sycamore as habitat log piles for wildlife and biodiversity.Informative C: retention of the regrowth from the Robinia stump to form a smaller multi-stemmed tree is encouraged to replace the lost frontage Robinia tree seen in google streetview image September 2020.
