Reason: sparse crown with major deadwood throughout, ivy congested stems, ground around the ash tree to be bark mulched, blue tarpaulin removed. Reason: to manage and regenerate the sparsely foliaged canopy, remove dead wood in the crown, improve the rooting environment by removing the plastic tarpaulin from the rooting area and spread 50mm depth bark mulch.
