Reason: clearance from no.14, retain tree amenity, aesthetics and health, reduce conker fall damage to cars. The London borough of Lewisham (Somerset Gardens and Loampit Hill) Tree Preservation Order 1974.Informative A: the sensitive works to the mature trees is hugely appreciated for amenity, to support tree health and reduce the likelihood of decay.
