Duty to replace applies.The London Borough of Lewisham St Augustine's Church, Baring Road London SE12 Tree Preservation Order 2009.Note: not within the TPO, no consent from the council required:FRONT/SIDE (driveway entrance): small dead Sycamore (T3)(ht.9m) FELL. Reason: risk of falling onto neighbouring driveway. A voluntary replacement tree would be hugely welcomed.Informative A: the replacement tree for Sycamore (T2,TPO T4) in the frontage grass area nearby with either a Wingnut, Kentucky Coffee Tree (Gymnocladus dioica) or Liquidambar as agreed in agent's email 19 March 2024 is greatly appreciated.
