Reason: repeat works to retain the tree with clearance to the property, improve light conditions.Informative A: the amended proposal to retain Sycamore (B,T2) is greatly appreciated for the treed landscape setting of properties on Churchley Road, and green infrastructure and screening with Jews Walk to the rear.Informative B: replacement tree planting is encouraged with a small tree species such as Magnolia stellata, quince, wayfaring tree, Amelanchier, bird cherry, hazel, Prunus autumnalis.Informative C: please create habitat log piles and dead hedging with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity, and include 15cm x 15cm hedgehog highway holes in the base of fencing for connected habitat for this species, which is on the red list, vulnerable to extinction. The Council raises no objection to the following AMENDED tree works to retain sycamore B,T2 (not fell) as agreed in applicant emails 1 and 2 May 2024 as follows:
