FRONT: ONE Ash (T1/TPO T18)(ht:14m, rs:9m): CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 3m from 14m to 11m, REDUCE RADIUS by 2m from 9m to 7m; Reason: The pruning will not go beyond previous points. The tree has been reduced previously so the work is part of an ongoing maintenance schedule. Work carried out to prevent new growth becoming a hazard and improve light conditions in owners and neighbouring gardens. The tree will tolerate the pruning as specified above.The London Borough of Lewisham (Albion Villas Road and Redberry Grove) Tree Preservation Order 1974.
