FRONT: ONE Ash (T1)(ht:12m, rs:6m): Priority work to remove over-extended branch to south over lawn at 1.9m, CROWN LIFT to 3m above ground level, remove moderate deadwood and deadwood over 1m in length, alternatively FELL to ground level, replacement tree to be planted (standard tree to be confirmed); Reason: Tree is of poor form with significant stem decay (inonotus hispidus).
