REAR: ONE Beech, green not copper (T1, T2 in TPO)(ht:13m, rs:6m) FELL and replant. As clarified by the agents email 25 January 2024, this is green beech (TPO T2), not copper beech (TPO T4) in the application form.Reasons: tree is infected with decay fungus Meripilus giganteus and is potentially dangerous, replace with a beech, nursery standard 8-10cm girth.The London Borough of Lewisham (40 & 42 Oakcroft Road and 14 Eliot Park) Tree Preservation Order dated 6th December 1973. Informative to thank for the replacement tree which will also be a condition of the TPO decision notice
