An application submitted under Section 96a of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a non-material amendment in connection with the planning permission (DC/19/112918) dated 2 July 2019 for the variation of Condition (2) in order to allow:- Virgin Media Network cables run under the proposed building therefore we are applying to raise the floor levels of ground floor plots 0.03 and 0.04 by 375mm to allow the cables to remain in place. The first floor height above the units remains un changed. The rear patios for these two plots will also be raised by 375mm. The path adjacent to the front doors of plots 0.03 and 0.04 will also be raised 375mm to provide level access.Subsequent changes are required to the access paths and planters to enable these level changes.The rear patios for plots 0.03 and 0.04 will be enlarged by making them deeper at Bampton Estate, Bampton Road SE23.
