Reasons: Poor form, close to property and boundary line, trees have self sewn and are unsuitable in their location, they are affecting the neighbour and are unsuitable given the size of the garden and their positions, the trees will be replaced with 12/14 cm girth replacement trees of a standard size and more appropriate species.
