Description

ONE Large Ash tree (T1) LATERAL REDUCTION by 3m from 7m to 4m. The tree has not been previously pruned. The trees canopy is very dominating and almost touching the surrounding buildings. Reduce canopy back from the buildings to give 3m clearance, (reducing lateral growth from 7m to 4m) and remove lower lateral branches back to trunk over client's garden. Also remove lower lateral limb over client's garden to trunk. ONE Large Ash tree (T2) POLLARD by 4m to stem which is 10m in length over garden to approximately 6m from trunk.Informative A: The sensitive management of the trees is greatly appreciated for landscape amenity, urban forest canopy to mitigate climate change, wellbeing, wildlife and environmental benefits.Informative B: Wherever possible, please create habitat log piles, and a linear 'dead hedge' for wildlife and biodiversity with arisings.Informative C: Consent will be required from the land owner/owner of the tree for any tree works outside of applicant ownership boundary or to access the land to carry out any works to which the council has no objection on amenity grounds.
