Reason: the tree has a deep cavity at the base of the tree, the crown has dieback, proposed to replace with a Liquidambar.REAR: ONE Sycamore (T2)(ht.10m)(r.5m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 1m to approx.ht.9m, REDUCE RADIUS by 1m from 5m to 4m on all compass points. Reason: too close to the neighbours boundary wall and needs reducing to maintain it's size.REAR: ONE Hom Oak (T3)(ht.10m)(r.4.5m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 1m to approx.ht.9m, REDUCE RADIUS by 0.5m from 4.5m to 4m on all compass points.
