FRONT ONE Lime (T1)(ht.14m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 3m from 14m to 11m, REDUCE RADIUS by 2m from 5m to 3m on all compass points, remove stem epicormics to crown break at approx.4m. Reason: historic low pollard with re-established multi-stemmed crown, works to clear epicormic trunk growth causing nuisance over pavement, manage the canopy size on pollard poles. REAR: ONE Sycamore (T2)(ht.18m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 4m from 18m to 14m, REDUCE RADIUS by 3m from 6m to 3m on all compass point. Reason: to manage the tree in proximity to the building, increase available light.REAR: ONE Bay tree (T3)(ht.9m) FELL. Reason: T3 is on the rear right hand boundary fence line. It has now reached a size where it will need constant pruning both in height and over both gardens. The removal and replacement with a more appropriate tree is suggested which could be planted further from the building and would not require annual pruning.
