FRONT: ONE Magnolia tree (T1) HEIGHT REDUCTION by 0.8m from 5.8m to 4.0m & LATERAL REDUCTION North by 0.8m from 2.2m to 1.4m, South by 1.1m from 2.5m to 1.4m, East by 0.3m from 1.7m to 1.4m and West by 0.4m from 1.8m to 1.4mReasons: Light deprivation is a concern - it is very dark inside the property - the light hardly penetrates through the tree. Some branches are touching the house (newly pointed brickwork and windows). It was planted far too near the house and it would be best removed completely, but we are reticent to do so as it is an established, lovely tree.Informative A: The retention and sensitive management of the tree is greatly appreciated for landscape amenity, wildlife, wellbeing, and urban forest canopy for environmental benefits to mitigate the effects of climate change.Informative B: Wherever possible, please create habitat log piles in the garden from cut branches for wildlife and biodiversity.
