An application submitted under Section 96a of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a non-material amendment in connection with the planning permission (DC/23/131244) dated 12 July 2023, for the variation of Condition (2) Approved Plans in order to allow:- The glazed 'box' to the rear of the side return extension will be smaller and only have one fixed glazed roof light with silicone joint to the fixed glass side panel.
