Temporary 10-year extension to the consented use granted under DC/18/109877, and external and internal alterations to the existing building to include ground floor fire escape to the west and north elevations, new extract ventilation ducts and air intake cowls, a new balustrade route and deployable ladder to an existing first floor fire escape, new fire doors and ramp access to the existing primary entry routes from the ground floor courtyard, together with the provision of bin stores, bike stands and external festoon lighting to the existing courtyard to former Brookdale Club, Brookdale Road SE6, to facilitate continued use of the building as a community led social and cultural space (Please note amended description).
