The tree is beginning to obscure the traffic light. Reason:Tree has significant about of dead wood. Weeping ash tree to be lifted over traffic lights to give 2m clearance, also sympathetically where possible to reduce the tree over the road by 1.5m so that new canopy will not obscure traffic lights when it grows back.
