Description

FRONT ONE Indian Bean tree(T1)(ht. 14m)FELL to the ground. Reason: Tree has outgrown its location and is dominating light in the front garden and for the neighbouring houses. The tree is leaning heavily towards the road and its root plate is subsequently raised, which has caused the concrete drive to break in two. The tree is also showing significant signs of decay where the trunk splits into 3 stems, plants are growing from this area of bark inclusion so there must be significant decay.Proposed replanting: Section fell to ground level and re plant with Indian Bean tree of 12cm DBH, diameter at breast height. The London Borough of Lewisham (29-29A Crescent Way London SE14 1QL) Tree Preservation Order 2018.
