Description

REAR ONE Oak tree(T1)LATERAL REDUCTION of 3m from 6.5m to 3m on SW compass point. Reason: REAR OF 83 Bargery Road. The tree overhangs the boundary of the two properties by approximately 4.5m at it's widest point, and measures approx 6.5m from the trunk to the tip of the new growth we would like to remove. Proposal is a lateral reduction of up to approx. 3m, removing new growth but leaving more established branches in tact, taking care to retain a sympathetic shape. This will take the tree back to the width it was after the previous lateral reduction in 2019 (DC/19/111368). Please see Photo (Oak.jpg) for a visual depiction of proposed work. REAR ONE Ash Tree(T2)LATERAL REDUCTION by 2m from 3.5m to 1m on E compass point. Reason: Ash tree situated in the rear of 81 Bargery Road itself. The tree spreads into the rear garden by approximately 3.5m from the trunk at its widest point. Proposal is a lateral reduction of up to approx. 2m, removing new growth but leaving established branches in tact, taking care to retain a sympathetic shape.
