S106 planning condition Schedule 2, Clauses 1.3/ 1.36; Deptford Landings Plot 6 only"When submitting the details required pursuant to paragraph 1.3 of Schedule 2, to identify the location of those Affordable Rent Dwellings to be provided as wheelchair units, and when approving the said deatils, the Council shall notify the Owner as to the number and location of those Affordable Rent Dwellings which are required to be designed, constructed, and fitted out as wheelchair units."
