Reason: T1 is casting a large shadow on the surrounding properties as well as a nuisance with debris drop on parked cars.REAR: ONE Horse Chestnut (T2 ? As there appears to be an empty tree pit within the carpark, a replacement tree such as field maple, crab apple, Tibetan cherry, Amelanchier, hawthorn, paperbark maple, wayfaring tree, Quince (Cydonia oblinga), Gleditsia Skyline would be greatly welcomed.
