Height to be maintained Reason: Branches encroaching towards house windows and roof gutter. Also encroaching onto the neighbours front garden parking area as well as the two footpaths at front of house.Informative A: Crown lifting should be minimized in mature or old trees if possible, since it can increase the probability of stemfailure. If it cannot be avoided, as in this instance, it should involve the removal of secondary branches or branch shortening rather than removal of branches back to the stem.
