FRONT ONE Ginkgo tree (T1)(ht. 2m)FELL to ground. Reason: The tree is less than 1 metre from my property, and Ginkgos are known to have long invasive roots, and there can be issues with the foundation in the future. Excessive shading. A replacement tree with shallower roots will be planted in its place.Informative A: the proposed replacement with a small species tree, shrub and/or perennials is greatly appreciated for urban greening amenity, wildlife and wellbeing.
