The Council raises no objection to the following clarified tree works to fell the line of 5 sycamore (not leylandii) stems TG1 as confirmed in agents email 26 July 2023:REAR: FIVE Sycamore stems (TG1)(ht:9-10m) FELL. Reason: Self-sown, close grown, unsuitable location close to building, to replace with several smaller species of trees and shrubs to enhance the rear garden.Informative A: the proposed replacement planting is greatly appreciated as the rear garden backs onto railsides which are designated green corridor and Site of Importance to Nature Conservation (SINC) and the property is situated near the Brookmill Nature Reserve which also backs onto the railsides.Informative B: suggested replanting such as crab apple, hazel, winter flowering cherry, Amelanchier, Harlequin glorybower (Clerodendron trichotomum), Cornus Kousa, Quince (Cydonia oblonga), Wayfaring tree.
