Reason: subsidence damage flat 7 Informative A: amending tree work proposals to retain 2x oak/maple trees T4,T5 fronting Lawrie Park Avenue is greatly appreciated for landscape amenity, the treed setting of Burnage Court, urban forest canopy to mitigate climate change, wellbeing, wildlife and environmental benefits.Informative B: please create habitat log piles, and a linear 'dead hedge' for wildlife and biodiversity with arisings from T1 ash.Informative C: enhancement tree planting/natural regeneration of trees on the frontage boundary with Westwood Hill is encouraged to retain the treed amenity setting of Burnage Court.
